Shipping, exchanges and returns

At Nomaneck, shipping costs €5.90 within the Spanish Peninsula and is free for orders over €150. At the moment, we do not ship outside the Peninsula.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or you have not chosen the right size, you can return or exchange it within a maximum period of 15 calendar days (from the date your package arrives until we receive it back).

OUTLET PRODUCTS / CLEARANCE SALE / DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED EXCHANGES OR RETURNS . IN THIS CASE, A VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUE FOR THE SAME AMOUNT TO BE RETURNED, DISCOUNTING THE SHIPPING COSTS. CONTACT US VIA EMAIL TO PROCESS IT.

SIZE CHANGES
The first size change is FREE.
It's very easy and convenient. You just have to tell us the size you want via email or WhatsApp and a GLS courier will deliver the new size and collect the old one.
PRODUCT CHANGE
If you want to exchange the product, you must make a return on your own with the agency of your choice exclusively by certified mail and make a new purchase.
RETURNS
Making a return is super easy. You have several options:
1) A courier will collect what you want to exchange or return at the address you provide. The cost is €5.90 in the Peninsula and the shipping cost will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
2) If you prefer to send it yourself, at your own expense, you can do so to the following address, and we will refund the full amount of the item or items provided that they arrive in good condition and within the established time frame:

Once we have verified that the returned item is in perfect condition, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 days and we will send you an informative email.
